1. Parties
This Agreement is between Ailat AI Ltd. (the Company), an AIFC-registered company, and any person using the Raya mobile application or Raya API (the User).
2. Services
Raya provides Shariah / Alternative Finance screening information for equities, watchlist tools, and a B2B REST API. The Company is a technology data provider and is not a broker, bank, or investment advisor.
3. Raya API subscriptions
API access is sold via developer.rayainvest.net. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Plans and pricing are published on our API pricing page. You may cancel renewals from the developer portal billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy.
4. Mobile subscriptions
Premium features in the mobile app may be sold as subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the current period ends.
5. Acceptable use
You must not reverse-engineer the Application or API, scrape our databases, resell raw API data, or share API keys outside your organisation.
6. Refunds
Paid purchases processed by Paddle are covered by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
7. Liability
Screening results are informational only and do not constitute investment advice. You are solely responsible for investment decisions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), Republic of Kazakhstan.
