2. Data we process
- Account data: name, email, password, and KYC documents where required
- Watchlist and portfolio preferences entered in the app
- Technical data: device, OS, IP address, diagnostics
- Billing metadata for subscriptions (not full card numbers)
3. Why we process data
To operate screening and watchlist features, issue API access, send security and billing notices, and meet AIFC AML / compliance obligations.
4. Payments (Paddle)
Raya API subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle receives billing contact details and payment status needed to complete checkout. We do not store full card numbers. See Paddle’s privacy policy at paddle.com.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data for advertising. We share data only with payment processors, linked API partners you authorize, or when required by law.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Billing records may be retained up to 7 years. KYC logs may be retained up to 5 years after deletion where required by AIFC rules.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention duties. Email support.app@rayainvest.net or support.api@rayainvest.net for API billing data.
